Warranty Limitations

All Versatility Tool Storage Products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from the date of the original purchase, with proof of purchase by the original purchaser. If Versatility Tool Storage deems a part of the product, or the entire product, to be defective, Versatility Tool Storage will be responsible for replacement of the defective part ONLY in the case of a defective part, or in the case of the entire product, Versatility Tool Storage will replace the product. No cost for labor or installation will be reimbursed. Damages due to shipping and handling, overloading, improper installation abuses (whether intentional or accidental) or normal wear and tear are NOT covered by this warranty. There are no guarantees on warranties implied or expressed, beyond the terms of this expressed written warranty.
